Explain your career path—how did you become an Data Intern?

I’m in my sixth semester of Business Intelligence at Tecnológico de Monterrey, and I was looking for an opportunity to apply what I’ve learned in a real-world setting. That led me to The Launch Box, where I’m gaining hands-on experience while also exploring which areas I’d like to specialize in after graduation.

Can you describe your personal self?

I’m a curious, analytical, and proactive person who loves learning. I thrive in environments where I can challenge myself and contribute meaningful insights. Outside of work, I like to stay active by attending different exercise classes and spending time with my loved ones.

What are your top personal values and how do you apply those to your work?

I would say that discipline and responsibility are my top values. Discipline helps me stay focused and committed to delivering quality work while being responsible ensures I approach every task with professionalism and reliability.

Why did you choose to come to The Launch Box?

I was drawn to The Launch Box because of their eagerness to use data and technology-driven solutions to optimize their operations. Since The Launch Box works with different companies, I have the chance to develop my abilities across various contexts, each with its unique challenges.

What is a common misconception you hear about Data Analysis?

A common misconception is that data analysis is just about numbers and spreadsheets. In reality, it’s about storytelling, finding patterns, understanding trends, and translating complex information into strategies. It’s almost like a creative process that helps businesses make smarter decisions.

What is the most fulfilling part of your role at TLB?

The most fulfilling part of my role at TLB is the opportunity to learn from the rest of the team. Being surrounded by experienced professionals allows me to grow and enhance my skills, gaining valuable insights that help me improve and contribute more effectively.

What about the future of TLB are you most excited about?

I’m excited about TLB's potential to continue growing and discovering new ways to leverage data for innovation. Being part of a young and forward-thinking team means there are always creative ways of problem-solving and opportunities to develop new skills.
